Our inspectors are Registered Home Inspectors (RHI) with the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors (O.A.H.I.), the only home inspectors recognized by the Ontario Government. O.A.H.I. is a chapter of the national body, Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors, where members are themselves continuously inspected to ensure they:

Advanced Reporting System

The Home Structure Report is one of the most comprehensive and advanced reporting systems in the industry today with over 200 pages of recommendations, tips and illustrations. Your report will provide a complete description of each defect, the potential impact of the defect and recommended solutions. No long delays before getting your report; it is prepared on site ready to take with you. Also, digital pictures of the property and associated defects are burned on a CD and included with the report package.
